How do I book a compliance service?

You can book a service through our online booking portal or by sending work orders directly to our team. Real estate agents can also email us work orders, and we’ll liaise with tenants to schedule the visit.

How do I reschedule or cancel a service booking?

You can reschedule or cancel a booking through our online portal under “Active Bookings.” For any jobs not yet completed, you’ll see an option to cancel. You can also contact our customer service team by phone on 1300 793 217 or email on bookings@rentalsafetyinspections.com.au for assistance.

How do I enrol a property in a recurring service?

What does the annual subscription include vs one-off checks?

The annual subscription includes scheduled checks, free basic repairs, and free call-outs. One-off checks are standalone services without the additional benefits of the subscription.

How soon will I receive my compliance reports?

Reports are issued within 1–2 business days after the inspection. If faults are found, a quote will also be provided.

Do you offer discounts for multiple property owners?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for clients with five or more properties under our service.

What kind of reports do you provide?

We provide three individual reports – one each for gas, smoke alarms, and electrical. Any defects will be listed, with rectification quotes attached.
